Our salmon is responsibly raised and sourced in the cold waters of the Northern Atlantic ocean, off the coast of Norway. It’s incredibly flavor comes from the colder northern Atlantic water streams, making it a fish that has a higher omega-3 fat content, from 100% natural source (it’s environment). Salmon is our our most popular fish, as it is grill marked and then gently sous-vide to perfection. The salmon is antibiotic free (ABF), and our chef’s favor this meal prep protein as the best in our assortment due to it’s flavor and nutrition content.
