Our Story

We began Trifecta because we believe there are three fundamental areas of health—mind, body, and social. These areas are interdependent, meaning you cannot thrive in one area without thriving in the others.

The Trifecta Philosophy

Mental health is important for visualizing and actualizing your goals as well as developing the grit to see them through and the emotional intelligence to improve your social relationships.

Physical health is the combination of nutrition and training and mental fortitude. Achieving a healthy body can transform all areas of your life.

Our lives are defined by our relationships with other humans. A healthy social life requires a healthy physical and mental state.

Our mission is to remove the possibility for diet failure by delivering fresh, healthy meals directly to your door. We offer five unique plans so you can enjoy delicious, healthy meals at home, in the office, or on the run. Stop worrying about your diet—leave the menu planning, shopping, and cooking to us. There are no commitments or fees and you can skip any week’s delivery in advance or cancel at any time. We believe that your purpose in life is to express the best version of yourself. Don’t wait to make a change.

Trifecta founders and siblings Greg and Elizabeth Connolly always knew systematizing their diets was key to eating healthy. Greg was stuck in the monotony of weekly meal prepping, while Elizabeth suffered through frozen and overpriced food delivery. They needed a system that combined organic, healthy, delicious food that was cooked fresh, with convenience and a reasonable price, so they decided they were going to have to create it themselves.

Trifecta was born.

Greg Connolly

With almost 20 years in the health and fitness industry, starting with his first job at a local gym when he was 15 years old, Greg has seen many diets, fads, and exercise systems come and go. With all of those years in the industry, he has seen one thing above all determine someone’s body type—how they eat. With that in mind, he partnered up with his sister Elizabeth Connolly to launch Trifecta.

Elizabeth Connolly

CO-FOUNDER / President

After leading teams at various software companies, Elizabeth wanted to bring the convenience of a subscription service to her passion for food and fitness. Being a lifelong runner and resident crossfitter, she learned that training is 20% of the battle, leaving the daily struggle to eat healthy as the remaining 80%. Seeing friends and family struggle to eat healthy as much as she did, Elizabeth wanted to provide a failsafe method to eating healthy food. Along with her brother and co-founder Greg, she believes nutrition is the first step to overhauling all aspects of our lives and becoming the best versions of ourselves.
